Nice bar on-site, a nice size and airy room with comfy King size beds. Very good customer care.

Particularly good and unbeatable location just off a festival being held, the Boulevard shopping centre and beautiful grounds in a quiet area in a pretty nice area. Good service from the exceptional, pleasant staff members. The breakfasts for a meal...  

The staff's attentive service and the delightful local flavors elevated our experience, making meals memorable. the room cleanliness left much to be desired, impacting our overall enjoyment.

The stay featured a charming location with clean rooms and a standout carvery that impressed our taste buds. While the staff were generally attentive, there was a notable early hiccup with a receptionist that dampened the initial experience. The friendly resident cat added a good touch was nice.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Wi-Fi weak, struggled to connect at times.

The stay was fantastic, especially the delicious meals prepared by Andrew, catering perfectly to our plant-based diet, and the lovely conversations we had with the friendly staff. We enjoyed a soothing spa day and a cozy evening by the fireplace which really helped us unwind. The bathroom could use a little reno as there were some rusty screws, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

The kids loved the children's playground, and my daughter felt right at home. The staff was cute.

I appreciated the really good breakfast and the accommodating staff , as it felt so cute and made my mornings enjoyable before heading out to explore nearby attractions like Solitude Park just under 4 km away and the very nice FE McWilliam Gallery and Studio just over 5 km away, perfect for my weekend strolls.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't sparkle like a diamond. The room was a bit grimy and Anna at reception had a change of heart when I requested a refund, leaving me in a bit of a bind.
